Whether you\u2019re using Facebook ads, influencers, Adwords, or whatever, you overcame a huge hurdle, and you\u2019re seeing a ton of website traffic.<\/p>\n

Years ago we used to get away with so much because people didn\u2019t understand. Twelve years ago, if someone saw a free plus shipping ad, they would have no idea and think they are genuinely getting something for free.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, people are a bit savvier when it comes to the internet, so it\u2019s not as easy to fool people, that\u2019s why you\u2019re destination needs to replicate exactly what your ad looks like.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Make sure the colors are the same, the same pictures, and that the offer entirely lines up with what the ad said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Much of the time, I\u2019ll click a Facebook ad to see where I end up. On the other end, it looks like I was taken to a completely different website from the ad I just clicked.<\/p>\n

As a result, I bounce.<\/p>\n

Take a look at your bounce rate, and if people are clicking away quickly after hitting your landing page, this could be your problem.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another thing to remember is, you always want to send your customers to the exact sales page for whatever it is you\u2019re promoting. I\u2019ve clicked so many ads that send me to the main page, and now I have to navigate my way through the site to find what I was initially looking for.<\/p>\n

In that period of time, your customers can lose interest and bounce.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Offer your website visitors the path of least resistance and get those visitors to the sale as fast as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Your Website Might be too Difficult to Navigate<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s challenging to provide a shopping experience with an online store, but you need to try your best to make the experience enjoyable and straightforward.<\/p>\n

You want to make sure the design of your online store is clean and concise. You don\u2019t need any fancy graphics, colors, or anything that takes away from the products you\u2019re selling.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n
